Information you provide

When you contact us, request a quote, or inquire about driver opportunities, you may provide your name, company, email address, phone number, shipment details, work experience, availability, vehicle details, and text messaging preferences. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or medical information through these inquiry forms.

How we use information

We use the information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate requested transportation and storage services, evaluate driver inquiries, arrange interviews, and provide customer support. Where you have opted in, we may send relevant non-marketing text messages.

Forms and third-party services

Our quote and driver inquiry forms currently prepare an email in your own email application. Information reaches our team only when you send that email. The email includes your selected text messaging preference and the date and time of your inquiry. Our embedded coverage map is provided by Google and may process technical information under Google’s privacy policy. Website hosting, email, and communications providers process information as needed to operate these services. RingCentral may be used to deliver our business text messages.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell mobile phone numbers or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information and text messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own use. Service providers may process information only as needed to deliver messages on our behalf.

Your choices

Text messaging consent is optional. Providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry does not by itself authorize text messages. You may inquire, request services, or apply without agreeing to SMS. Reply STOP to the number that messaged you to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us by phone or email. See our Text Messaging Terms.

Retention and requests

We retain inquiry and service records as needed for business purposes and applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided; some records may need to be retained.
